You don’t have to wait 3 months for a final decision. Once your application is admitted, the law guarantees a provisional authorisation to live and work (employed or self‑employed) across Spain. This usually happens within the first ~15 days.

Yes. The draft recognises applicant status from the moment you manifest intent. If you have a police receipt dated before 1 January 2026, you are within the Fast Track.
Not immediately. The regularisation application suspends your asylum file. If you are granted residence, the asylum will be archived, and you gain much stronger legal certainty.
If the refusal is final, you must go through the ordinary Extraordinary Rooting route. If you appealed and the procedure is still active in court, you may still have options under the Fast Track.
Yes. The law allows family members to be processed jointly. Minors are expected to receive a 5‑year residence with minimal documentation requirements.
