Criminal record
The document commonly used is the Bulletin n.º 3 du Casier Judiciaire. Morocco also provides an online window to request the criminal record certificate. For Spain, the standard international route is the Hague Apostille and, if the certificate is in Arabic or French, a sworn translation into Spanish is usually required.
To avoid requests for additional documentation, it is advisable to submit the criminal record certificate issued within the last 3 months, duly apostilled or legalised and, where applicable, with a sworn translation into Spanish.
For Morocco, request your criminal record with enough lead time and book the consular passport appointment as soon as possible. Any delay with apostille, translation or renewal can affect your filing timeline.
